I'm just a guy with a goal to help kids who come from a similar background as I did. When exploring my goal I was given the W.R.K.H.R.D. formula for success that can help anyone with a goal position themselves for its achievement.
I am and always will be committed to achieving my ultimate goal but I know that I can help others along the way. I am currently writing the W.R.K.H.R.D. book, "Reverse Engineering Success the W.R.K.H.R.D. Way". This book will open the doors for speaking and life coaching opportunities that will ultimately aide in the completion of my vision to fund the life prep program for disadvantaged student athletes myself.

I am here to help everyone that I can connect with if I am able. The W.R.K.H.R.D. formula can be used by anyone! If you are reading this I want to urge you not to let a limiting mindset close your mind to the possibility of this helping you. Even though it is my goal to help kids I have worked with every population and demographic extensively which has aided in making W.R.K.H.R.D. diverse and universal.

Success does not happen overnight. It is intentional and deliberate! We often get stuck after we have our goals in mind not knowing what to do next. Success is all about positioning ourselves to be ready when the opportunity for achievement comes. W.R.K.H.R.D. helps us create a blueprint using four basic success principles: Goal, Mindset, Planning, Action by simply asking are we Willing to Reuse Knowledge Habits and Resources Diligently?
