I would like to say that I created this formula but I have to say I was given this formula. In my quest to achieve my ultimate goal that is to fund and run a life prep program for disadvantaged student athletes this formula came to me. Being very clear in the vision of my goal to have the life prep program in cities across the nation and eventually internationally I needed a system that could be replicated in each student based on their goals.

W.R.K.H.R.D. is a success formula that uses a technique called Reverse Engineering. It systematically helps create a blueprint for achievement/success, always beginning with the end in mind.

W.R.K.H.R.D. is an acronym for Willing to Reuse Knowledge Habits and Resources Diligently. This system is based off four key elements of success. Goal, mindset, planning and action. By simplifying this process we can use this formula to become active innovators in planning and preparing for success in the Information Age.
